Doodle 4 Google is back and this years creators will be doodling about this –> If I Could Invent One Thing to Make the World a Better Place…  I really like the idea behind this doodle.  It gives students a chance to believe they can create and/or invent anything they want to.  “One talented young artist will see his or her artwork on the Google homepage and receive a $30,000 college scholarship and a $50,000 Google for Education technology grant for his or her school.”  The closing date for entries is Thursday, March 20th.  Get started with your students here or look through the FAQ before you start.  Look at the classroom activities below and check out the embedded video for more on the Doodle 4 Google project.
