Word Tamer is an awesome, FREE site that educators can use with students during the writing process. Word Tamer is an interactive site that takes students through a carnival as they develop characters, settings, and plots.  The videos at the beginning and along the way are very helpful to understanding the writing process.  Another nice thing is that you can print out the words for writing the perfect story!
