Socrative is an amazing assessment tool designed for educators and its now getting better!  Socrative 2.0 is released on October 7th, 2013 and this update will bring new designs, features, and a more reliable experience.  The great thing about this update is that you will not need to make any changes to your current account, username, password, room number or quizzes.  Everything will transfer seamlessly to Socrative 2.0, also Socrative will continue to be FREE!  Need more information on Socrative 2.0, check out the User Guide for full details.  I encourage you to share Socrative 2.0 with you students and fellow educators.
