Mount Rushmore Virtual Tour +3

Back in the later part of April I went to the TIE Conference is South Dakota.  As I was circle around the vendors I notice a very neat cardboard cut out of a mountain.  I started to talk with Blain Kortemeyer, the Deputy Director of Education at Mount Rushmore National Memorial, and he gave me a card with a QR code.  I scanned the code and the Mount Rushmore Virtual Tour app began to download.  This app was made by CyArk and is so neat!  These apps are awesome and have tons of content that is easily understandable to anyone, elementary students and up.  Also, plan to check out the Mount Rushmore National Memorial website as this too is a great FREE resource!  Find more recommended virtual field trips and tours here.
