Power of Twitter Chats

Twitter is a very useful and powerful tool for educators.  Twitter helps educators create a personal learning network (PLN).  With Twitter chats, an educator can connect with other educators from around the world at a certain time.  The purpose of a Twitter chat is that educators can get together and chat about a popular topic.  This is a great way to share and give out new information such as: resourceful links, new ideas, and opinions.  Here is a Google Document that has a bunch of educational Twitter chats for you to choose from.  Please join me Sunday evenings at 7pm (central) for #21stedchat.  This is one of my favorites.

The video embedded below is a talk with @thomascmurray @Joe_Mazza @Sirotiak02 @ScottRRocco @wkrakower @bcurrie5 @cybraryman1 about the power of Twitter chats.
