Minute Physics is a YouTube channel that I subscribe to.  This channel provides short physics lessons and the latest one: Is It Better to Walk or Run in the Rain? As I was looking through the videos I found one called Usain Bolt vs. Gravity.  This video explains the relation between running ten meters and falling ten meters.  These videos could be great for quick intro to today’s physics lesson.  The video of this lesson is below.
